What it does
addappinfo is a command-line wrapper around BAppFileInfo. It allows to describe all the paramaters that are normally set through BAppFileInfo or through the FileTypes preference panel, in a convenient and easy to use text format. It even uses the translation kit to read the icons.

addappinfo is released under the terms of the JBQ Code License, which basically means that the source file is freely available, and that everybody can read it, modify it, improve it and distribute improved versions. This also means that it comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY
